Why Choose a Slice Ceramic Scraper?
Most utility scrapers are made with thin, sharp metal blades. This can pose a serious problem. The excessive sharpness leads to injuries. Unfortunately, even other ceramic scraper designs simply imitate metal blades and use an excessively sharp blade edge.

Where Is a Utility Blade Scraper Used?

How Do I Change the Scraper Blade?
To remove your Slice 10526 Rounded-Tip Blade or 10528 Pointed-Tip Blade from our scrapers, push the slider as far forward as you can to fully expose the blade. You’ll notice a tab at the front of the slider, which is engraved with the image of a lock. Push that tab down so that it can slide under the grey handle while you continue to push the slider forward as far as it will go. The blade should now be fully exposed and easy to remove.
After removing the old blade, line up your replacement blade with the notch on the orange or green blade holder and pull the slider back all the way so the blade is no longer exposed. Keep in mind that Slice blades last up to 11 times longer than steel blades, so you’ll be changing your blade a lot less often. Slice blades are also 100 percent recyclable.
